Happy news I has! On May 24 at 11 pm, Gaia was born! Gaia is the daughter of our Groninger Horse Donna. We waited very long for this, since horses carry their baby around for like 11 months, but Donna was also 2 weeks over time.

She is really pretty and healthy as you can see! What really special is, is the fact that I saw Donna giving birth. Yeah it was special but I think disgusting is a better word. No really, I didn’t really like it to watch. It’s quite special since horses mostly deliver at night and then they don’t really allow other people to watch.
